Q: Can I get better rates booking Hotels, Apartments or Tours myself ?

A: As we are a large organization, we have special agreements with all our hotels, and apartments. Booking directly with us in 99% of cases will assure lower rates, going ‘direct' can sometimes mean higher rates by up to 35%. All our HOTEL and Tour rates are the same as or lower than available anywhere else, likewise , all our apartments are competitively priced.

Q: Who/How do I pay for my stay?

A: For Apartments; You pay us directly on arrival (check in) normally in cash. We will need your credit card details to secure your booking, or in case of cancellation.

A: For Hotels; Payments are processed on our website, you will be given notification of your booking and confirmation will normally follow within 48 hours.

All bookings (Hotels & Apartments) are made using ultra secure Turbo 256bit SSL Encryption Technology, no 3 rd party can access your information.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
- Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
- No show or Cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay

We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In all cases we endeavour to operate a fair cancellation policy and every effort is made to reallocate rooms or apartments that have been cancelled.

Q: How do I get to my apartment/hotel?

A: The easiest way to get to your apartment or hotel is to use the services of one of our drivers (please indicate this on your booking form)

Q: What time is Check in/Check out

A: For our apartments 15.00 check in and 12 Noon Check out. For our hotels, individual hotel guidelines apply. Subject to prior notice, we can normally facilitate earlier check ins for our apartments

Q: What does the nightly rate per person for apartments include?

A: Accommodation, service charges and all towels/linen

Q: Pets?

A: Pets are not allowed in our apartments, some of our hotels will accommodate pets, please contact us beforehand and we will confirm.

Q: Where are your apartments and Hotels situated?

A: Most of our apartments and hotels are situated in the city center, Prague is broken down into 10 ‘districts' Prague1 and Prague2 may be the most central, but ALL districts are within very easy reach of the centre as Prague has a superb public transport

Q: How do I arrange airport transfer service?

A: Please indicate this on your booking form, you will be met at the airport by one of our friendly (English speaking) drivers and taken to the apartment or hotel of your choice
